This film was released in France last week. It was filmed over the course of 2 years by Nikolaus Geyrhalter who was provided with access to zones normally inaccessible within the largest agricultural groups in Europe.
Whilst we know that this all goes on, its still shocking to see to what extent our food is treated, modified, slaughtered and finally processed.
We all like to think that French food is a cut above the rest of Europe, but I fear that once we see this film, we may never want to go to a supermarket again....
