- Alison Parratt Too many to mention !! In the centre Le coq en pâte springs to mind, but if you want a really good "gastronomique" try Le Clos Saint Thomas at Sucé sur Erdre, or Villa Belle Rive by the pont de Bellevue.
- Andrea Singer Le Paludier, Pieds dans le Plat, Shalimar, Le 1, Le coq en pâte, Tai shogun, ... - aaah - stop asking these questions, I'm on a diet here ...
- Kate Thomas Colleen, my faves were: Le Vanola (esp in the "salle traditionale"), Restaurant Jade (delish Vietnamese) on Quai de la Fosse, Les Copains d'Abord, La Pasta, Shalimar, Inde et Vous, Creperie La Broceliande, Les Comptoirs d'Armorique (must reserve!), Le Rital (my fave pizzas in Nantes), and was learning to love a new one on Rue Joffre: La Pie Colette. *sigh*
- Zoe Lacey Bouche a oreille, rue jean jacques Rousseau. Been going there for over 10 years and never been disappointed.
